Come meet Toby and the chefs from 4pm-10pm as they serve up Boucherie Jambalaya, Hog Cracklin, Chaurice Sausage Poboys, Cajun Boudin, Hot Ham & Head Cheese Poboys and Maque Choux Corn Grits & Pork Gravy. They will even showcase a list of which local Schlafly beers pair best with their Pop Up Cajun Boucherie Menu.
Enjoy Live Music on the Bottleworks patio with delicious Cajun eats starting at 4pm or just stop by for a bite and a beer while perusing the Farmer’s Market from 4-7pm.
