We are winding down the regular season. The weather has been favorable the last few weeks and the produce harvest have continued to be bountiful. The extension of summer produce with the addition of the fall fruits and veggies has allowed for a nice variety of beautiful food to be brought to market by our vendors. You will not want to miss this week and the next few weeks as the season draws to an end.
Over the next few weeks, we will also be hosting some fun and delicious Pop-Up’s during the market. This week, come and enjoy some traditional Balkan dishes, made fresh at the market by Loryn and Edo of Balkan Treat Box.
Live music on the patio by Tyler Samuels and the Bad Haircuts, complementary Schlalfy beer samples, a great variety of market vendors and a Balkan “Pop-Up” will all make for a great Wednesday market at the Bottleworks.
We have a new vendor joining us at the market this week: Blaine Bilyeu of Papa’s Acres will have cuts of pastured pork. Blaine is excited to join us and would love to share the story of her farm, the animals and the production methods with you. Along with Blaine, we have a number of quality meat vendors at the market. Colby of Farrar Out Farms has pastured beef, chicken, lamb and pork as well as eggs. Farrar Out Farms is also taking orders and deposits for turkeys. The Eckenfel family has a variety of cuts of pork and beef as well as eggs. And Alpacas of Troy, along with their pastured goat and pork cuts also has alpaca meat.

Seed Geeks – Pumpkin Spiced Creamed Honey and two new goats milk soaps are highlighted for tomorrow (Milk, Honey & Lavender and Oats & Groats)
Blue Heron Orchard– Winesap Apples are now available as well as a fresh batch of cider, vinegars and fruit leather
Ishaya Farm– a variety of seasonal, local produce, preserves, veggie chips
Rosy Buck and Flower Hill– pumpkins, tomatoes, sprouts, basil, huckleberries, radish pods, okra, peppers
Three Rivers Community Farm– Cauliflower, Tomatoes and a variety of seasonal and local produce
Green Door Farm– tomatoes, microgreens, salad mix as well as a variety of other seasonal greens
Biver Farm– a variety of local, seasonal produce
Ivan’s Fig Farm– a variety of local seasonal produce
Buila Family Farm– a variety of local, seasonal produce
The Tamale Man– fresh made tamales (pork, chicken, vegetarian and vegan)
Larder & Cupboard – a variety of local cheese, house made preserves, fruit crisps, fermentation kits and more
Ringhausen Orchard– cider, a variety of apples, jams
El Chico Bakery- traditional fruit filled empanadas, giant cookies and traditional Mexican pasteries
Vincini Pasta– a variety of fresh, handmade pasta, sauces and desserts
del Carmen– a variety of traditional, Cuban black bean culinary delights including hummus, dips and soup
SudAmerica- alfajores (butter cookies filled with dulce de leche), alfajores with coconut, canoncitos (crispy cones filled with dulce de leche), milhojas (crispy filo dough filled with dulce de leche), fruit filled trenzas, and a variety of savory empanadas.
