A simple, but delicious recipe from Lori Murray at Murray’s Orchard.
1) Melt 1/2 stick butter in a 2 quart oven-safe dish.
2) In another bowl combine 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 c sugar.
3) Mix 1 cup each of blueberries, strawberries and red raspberries.
4) Pour berry mixture into the dish, cover with flour mix and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
